Judy Lynn Shields Paralegal Services specializes in probate, estate planning and estate administration, conservatorships, family law, civil litigation, corporate & business transactions, and bankruptcy. Clients retain our firm for assistance with drafting legal documents, legal research, and document organization. Documents provided can be as simple as assistance with a Durable Power of Attorney to drafting appellate briefs. Services include assistance with locating assets and arranging for appraisal, locating caregivers and other fiduciaries, along with organizing records for trial or other government proceedings.

Judy Lynn Shields is a paralegal and Legal Document Assistant. She is not an attorney, and nothing on this site is meant to be construed as legal advice. She cannot appear in court, but she can assist the public client in contracting with an attorney who can appear in court when appropriatewith the client, review documents drafted by Judy Lynn Shields, and for an extra fee, submit the documents with his or her attorney name, and State Bar Number affixed to it.
